Came here for a quick snack, and tried their brown sugar dango latte because it looked interesting. The riceballs were all very mushy and fell off the stick right away, but the coffee itself was not bad. Will probably come back to try their bubble waffle.

Lovely little market with Japanese treats and a café. Tried the egg tart bubble waffle and it was light with a not super sweet custard. They have onigiris as well which were delicious (tried the spicy tuna and spicy salmon). I didn't have a drink, but saw the barista prepare a strawberry matcha and it looked just like the picture. Will be back to try.

It’s a neat market with a grocery store side and a coffee shop side. They have unique novelty Asian snacks and ready made foods including these tasty cute fruit shaped popsicles with real fruit bits in them. I tried the pineapple one and it was both cute and delicious. However, they lose a star for their ridiculous tipping culture. I literally walked into this grocery store and took a popsicle out of the freezer and went to pay and the cashier gave me a screen with minimum tipping options of 10% to 12% or something and I chose the no tip as there was literally no service but to even be asked this as a customer in a grocery store when inflation is insane and I literally did my own grocery shopping is an example of tipping culture going out of control. This, in my opinion, needs to stop.

Love their matcha latte and bubble waffle! I have always been trying different matcha in the city. Their matcha is one of the best. It’s strong and sweet! Please keep it this way and don’t change anything.

Paragon Tea Room’s matcha didn’t land well, my wife made sure I knew it, and I thought I’d be hearing about it forever. Thankfully, they saved the day with an amazing hojicha drink that won us over. My latte was also decent, but the real MVP was the bubble waffle, absolutely delicious. With that and the other tempting treats on the menu, I’ll definitely be back… just maybe steering clear of the matcha!

So many fun bubble waffle flavors here!! My favorite are the Chocolate one and the Pepperoni Pizza one sooooo good. Probably my favorite bubble waffles in town. There’s some seats and wifi here so I like to sit here with my toddler to have a snack. The staff is so friendly and the store itself is full of goodies too, like cute stationery items, Asian snacks, Japanese and Korea cup noodles. They even have bento boxes, bread, hot dogs and lots of drinks. My husband usually gets the Formosa latte which has a subtle Taiwanese wintermelon tea flavor. It seems like every time we come back there’s something new. Can’t wait to see what creative drinks and foods they come up with next!!

Stopped by here with my wife, and everything we got was excellent. Had a couple of onigiri, an egg tart flavoured bubble waffle, a matcha oat latte, pandan coconut foam latte, and later I got a salty cloud vietspanner to go. The matcha tea was very nice, the latte had a nice strong coffee base, and the salty foam on the vietspanner was perfect. The bubble waffle was fantastic, with bits of custard throughout and a nice crisp exterior. Good drinks, good food, good service.
